In a world dominated by uncertainty, Jesus remains the unchanging source of truth and peace. We believe that the God who designed and created the universe is not silent and has a design and purpose for all of us. Through His Word, the Bible, God gives us His blueprint for life. He offers purpose, direction, peace, and eternal life for all who come to Him by faith through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Here at OCC we are committed to knowing and following God as He unfolds His plan for our lives.
We invite you to join us as we build lasting relationships, mature in Christ, and serve our Savior!
We believe that God strategically placed the Orondo Community Church to be a place where we can worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, a place of discovering God as revealed in Scripture, and His great love for His people. We challenge all to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, to grow in their relationship with Him, and to love one another.
“We are Centered on Jesus, Growing in Faith, and Sharing His Love!”

Sermon Notes Recap:
The Apostle Paul wrote this letter, the Book of Romans, to argue the Absolute Righteousness of God being manifested (revealed). Chapters 1-8 gives a clear and cogent definition of the Gospel:
1 Condemnation; All are sinners and therefore separated from God.
2 Justification; Jesus Christ, on the Cross, paid our sin debt for us, appropriated by faith alone in Christ alone; -Declared Righteous.
3 Sanctification; the new life we now have in Christ is by and through the power of the Holy Spirit.
In Romans chapters 9 -11 the author makes the point that God’s righteousness is revealed in His Sovereign Choice, which is, the rejection of the Nation Israel as the steward of His message of reconciliation; the Gospel. That stewardship has now passed to His Church universal, all those who have trusted Christ as Savior, both Jew and Gentile.
Romans 12:1 is a major transition in the book. The author now addresses the application of all that has been argued in the first 11 chapters. And the application is Transformed Living, the life we now live in Christ.
